Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using blindspotadvantage.com or app.blindspotadvantage.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Description of Service

The Blind Spot Advantage Living Book is an interactive platform that provides access to the book text, audio narration, an AI-powered advisor, interactive exercises, coaching videos, and related features. Access is provided via a subscription or free trial.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Your free trial period is 15 days from the date of registration. After the trial, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.

All payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the book text, audio narration, AI advisor responses, coaching videos, and platform design — is the intellectual property of HERO Business Coaching / Eric S. Markowitz and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

Your exercise responses and conversation transcripts belong to you. You may export and use them freely for personal and professional purposes.

AI Advisor Disclaimer

The Blind Spot Advisor is an AI-powered tool designed to support strategic thinking. It is not a substitute for professional business, legal, financial, or psychological advice. The responses generated by the Advisor are for informational and reflective purposes only.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to engage in any unlawful activity, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, share your account credentials with others, or use the AI Advisor to generate harmful or misleading content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HERO Business Coaching / Eric S. Markowitz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
